We're seeking motivated and experienced individuals who can contribute to leadership, governance, and operational support within a high-risk, refinery environment.

These staff positions are critical to the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of one of Queensland's most important energy infrastructure assets.

  • Technical integrity and teamwork
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven experience in refinery, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects
  • Understanding of refinery processes, safety systems, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with quality assurance, HSE management, or project administration (role dependent)
