Follows company guidelines regarding grooming, uniforms and personal hygiene
Report to property on time and in proper uniform
Assist the waiter or bartender to deliver food and beverages to the tables
Responsible for keeping buffet areas clean, tidy and safe by ensuring the stations are kept clean, organized, stocked up and floors free of any debris or liquids
Preserve the work/clearing stations organized and stocked in order to better accommodate the needs of the Waiter
Adhere to and support One&Only One Za’abeel Quality Standards.
Provides a link between bar, kitchen and service areas running the food or beverage orders
Receives and stores food and beverage items adhering to all food hygiene regulations and procedures ISO
Completing restaurant mis en place, such as stocking up bars and restaurant, setting tables, kitchen pass, bar set up following through the opening and closing checklist as per SOP
Follow directions from the Waiter in order to ensure exceptional guest service
Work with stewarding team to manage restaurant clearance area, clean and polish OS&E
Pick-up and delivery of food and beverage items to the waiter sections/table and transporting back to the back of house the soiled dishes, glassware, silverware and napkins.
