Based out of Tivendale, the successful candidate will be responsible for the continued growth and performance of all the asphalt, maintenance and production teams to ensure works are delivered in a safe and timely manner and to an acceptable level of quality. If you are looking to relocate to Australia this could be the right role for you - relocation assistance provided! • A successful track record of proactively building relationships with key clients, stakeholders and developing new business opportunities.
• Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Business Management or related discipline ideal.
• Tool of Trade Vehicle.
• Exposure to leading teams and driving accountability to achieve business outcomes including safety, quality and productivity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate and liaise with people at all levels, both internal and external, to maintain positive working relationships.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to prepare and monitor operational forecasts and budgets.
• A sound understanding in delivering complex asphalt and maintenance operations in both metro and regional locations.
