  • Understand and report P&L information for company location
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinate Branch training and Company/Branch events
  • Manage/improve productivity and efficiency at all levels
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels within the warehouse and showroom
  • Keep abreast with technical developments and changes in product lines, monitor competitive threats and discuss proper response and reaction with Operations Manager
  • Building respectful relationships
  • Manage inventory to ensure proper turns and minimum loss throughout the year
  • Maintain and manage daily reports
  • Organize and maintain a positive showroom appearance
  • Responsible for training and leading a diversified work force
  • Conduct oneself in a professional and courteous manner in all aspects of interaction with contractors, customers and employees
  • Assist Human Resources with the recruiting process

  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service are required
  • Proven success in managing and mentoring other employees
  • 5 years or more operational experience, preferable within the HVAC industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with skills to multi-task at different levels
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Proven success in sales, operations, purchasing and inventory management
  • Must be able to deal with customers, contractors, and employees in a professional manner
