RSK Group Acquisition
The firm became part of the RSK Group in 2021, expanding its capabilities while maintaining its identity.
They tackle complex water challenges—drilling boreholes, managing abstractions, designing flood and drainage schemes—for clients like Diageo, Nestlé and AstraZeneca.
Their financial model focuses on cost‑effective, pragmatic solutions, blending academic rigour with field practicality.
Typical projects span industrial and private water supply, potable water treatment, environmental permitting and expert witness services.
They serve diverse sectors: minerals, agriculture, industrial, development, energy, mining, property & construction, and water.
Their Shrewsbury, Midlands, Scottish and North Yorkshire offices form a tight but geographically strong network.
Unusually, they boast strong regulatory negotiation skills, often securing abstraction licences in closed catchments where others fail.
