Must possess a high capacity for self-motivation and be able to apply engineering knowledge to a variety of projects.
Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering software including AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and the Microsoft Office Suite of Programs.
Strong relationships and contacts with residential/commercial developers, municipal staff and other regulatory agencies.
Strong project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in team environment is essential.
Strong working technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
8+ years of Land Development design or construction management.
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering/Licensed Professional Engineer.
