Assist with audio and video conferencing systems such as Teams and Logitech setups as needed for meetings.
Respond to tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines.
Participate in rotating schedule for New Hire training.
Provide onsite and remote support to end users.
Set up new workstations for users (deploying equipment, checking over account setups).
Image computers when necessary.
Serve as the first point of contact for helpdesk inquiries.
Create documentation for staff for training purposes.

Pro support M365: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
Customer service mindset.
Experience using ticketing systems such as Service Now.
Solid understanding of computers, networks, software and Windows Operating Systems.
Must be able to foster good relationships with the team and organization.
Familiarity with computer hardware including servers, switches, network devices, etc.
Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
Basic understanding of firewalls.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Previous experience with remote support tools.
Ability to work in Active Directory.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
0-2+ years of experience in desktop support or related field.
Knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technologies and software.
