Maintain internal HR systems with recurring data audits and updates
Support various HR Operational processes including unemployment, employment verification, and exit interviews
Run reports for various internal teams (Finance, Compliance, etc.)
Manage HR systems and tools to ensure the availability of accurate and up-to-date HR management information
Carry out personnel administration in line with established guidelines to ensure accurate and complete availability of employee information
Connection – Build meaningful connections with other DLL members
Provide all employees, including managers and senior leaders, with information on salary, compensation, benefits, HR regulations and local laws
Support and execute activities related to payroll and compensation, to ensure timely and correct salary payments
Be the first line of support to answer questions regarding policies, benefits, and payroll inquiries that come in from both former and current DLL employees via the HR One Call and HR Functional Mailbox
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of DLL employees

Relevant experience with working in a complex matrixed organization
Ability to work within deadlines and adapt to change
Strong teamwork and collaboration are required
