Monitor and control the Company's established policies and procedures concerning, but not limited to:
Check jobs periodically to assure that the workers are starting and quitting work on time.
Evaluate information and analyze problems logically to develop solutions.
Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers.
Accountable to management for furnishing accurate and updated information and for taking appropriate action as required.
Recommend changes concerning material, labor, and EPAS.
Deal with people in actual job duties beyond giving and receiving instructions.
Purchasing of all material for assigned projects plus verification of orders placed.
Monitor, control and verify productivity of assigned jobs/work orders.
Obtain new information on new general contractors and residential and commercial developers. Monitor the electrical construction market in the division's geographical area to identify potential customers and be responsible for initial contact of these customers.
Review and approve estimates and design/build projects within authorized limits.
Ensure administrative processes and procedures are adhered to.
Attend weekly meeting conducted by the Division Manager to review information and discuss upcoming workload.
Accountable to management for reporting problems related but not limited to:
Develop the division's local work in the areas of residential, commercial, and service work.
Deal with people in actual job duties and have agreeable working relationships.
Ensure estimates are entered into the Estimate Log.
Preparation and accuracy of Monthly Job Status Updates and Post Job Conference Reports.
Monitor and control estimating including, but not limited to:
See details and recognize errors in written material, numbers, charts, or tables.
Make contacts with general contractors and residential and commercial developers.
Work with numbers accurately to review budgets, materials, and time schedules.
Use, coordination and supply of division tools, trucks, and equipment.
Ensure assigned jobs/work orders are being done in the most efficient and economical manner.

Visits to job sites require exposure to all elements (heat, cold, rain, snow), depending on time of year and job location.
Must be able to make transition from employee parking area or street into construction work areas and to gain access to all levels of the building, even if the only means of access is by O.S.H.A. approved site construction ladder, or stairs still under construction but acceptable for use.
