The Village Operations Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for day‑to‑day operational performance, overseeing staffing and financial management, developing and delivering annual business plans, and driving a high‑quality customer experience that strengthens Summerset’s reputation while ensuring robust risk management.
The ideal candidate is an empathetic, confident professional with extensive experience in customer‑facing environments, strong interpersonal and people‑leadership abilities, the skill to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, excellent communication for handling queries, and a proven track record in managing profit centres or meeting revenue targets.
