Requirements

Mechanic Refrigeration / RSCS is a comprehensive Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Construction and Service company operating across 10 states with over 25 years of experience. The company is currently seeking Low‑Temperature Refrigeration Service Technicians who enjoy working on diverse low‑temperature refrigeration and HVAC‑R systems and thrive in a collaborative, supportive team environment.

Successful candidates will have 3–5 years of experience servicing commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, be proficient in tasks such as mechanical seal replacement, leak detection, motor alignment, electrical diagnostics, and troubleshooting multiple equipment brands. They must be able to work independently on client facilities, perform start‑ups of ammonia refrigeration systems, and handle equipment repairs when operators cannot.

Technicians must be able to travel as needed, participate in an on‑call rotation, and maintain a clean driving record.
