

Provides water and wastewater services across East England, focusing on sustainability and innovation.
The advisor will carry out health and safety site visits, provide advice during project rehearsals and fit‑for‑assembly meetings, and lead or contribute to incident investigations. They will also deliver training and briefings such as the AW passport to work, LIFE orientations and SMS sessions for staff across the project.
Candidates must have recent construction or utilities experience, a NEBOSH Construction Certificate, IOSH Technician (or higher) membership and a CSCS Safety Professional card. Strong communication, presentation and report‑writing abilities, the capacity to engage with staff at all levels, and proficiency in MS Office are also essential.

The project will deliver nearly 500 km of new pipelines – longer than HS2 – to improve water resilience and combat climate change, while fostering an inclusive, diverse workplace.
