- Provide technical support to project teams regarding BIM software and workflows.
- Set up Revit models with appropriate templates, families, and project standards.
- Develop and manage detailed mechanical models using Revit, CADmep, and Navisworks.
- Create and maintain CADmep scripts to support fabrication workflows.
- Develop custom BIM tools and scripts using C# and Python.
- Maintain documentation and version control of models and scripts.
- Participate in coordination meetings with general contractors and other trades.
- May require lifting of supply boxes or materials up to 30 lbs.
- Automate modeling tasks and enhance data integration using Dynamo.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage.
- Generate fabrication-ready shop drawings, spool sheets, and BOMs.
- Collaborate with design, coordination, and field teams to ensure model accuracy and constructability.

- Experience: At least 5 years of related or progressive experience in VDC/BIM within the mechanical or MEP trades
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field preferred
- Technical Skills: Experience with BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or other fabrication tools. Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage, and CADmep.
- Primarily office-based, with occasional travel to field locations or corporate meetings.
