The internship begins in January 2026 and reports to the Plant Manager. The intern will work across the manufacturing plant, supporting technical projects focused on material flow, design, and sustainability to improve manufacturing processes.

Assist in projects to improve material flow.
Participate in Kaizen events.
Design and procure jigs and equipment to support production.
Standardize process flows.
Optimize utilization of equipment, facilities, material flow, and personnel.
Write, review, and revise operation sheets; conduct time/motion studies.
Coordinate with engineering staff on design changes.
