What you would be doing

Conduct regular inspections and monitor construction projects to ensure adherence to specifications, drawings, and regulations
Stay updated with relevant legislation, building codes, and industry best practices, and ensure their incorporation into project activities.
Verify that construction work is carried out in accordance with agreed schedules, quality standards, and best practices.
Prepare accurate and detailed reports documenting site inspections, observations, and recommendations.
Identify and report any discrepancies, defects, or deviations from specifications promptly to the relevant parties for rectification.
Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to address concerns and provide updates on project progress.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction practices, methodologies, and safety standards within the organisation.
Collaborate with the Company Director to develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and processes.
Assist in the resolution of technical issues by providing advice and guidance to contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
Review and evaluate contractor's workmanship, materials, and construction methods to ensure compliance with project requirements.
