A minimum of 3 years IT project management experience, including management of multiple concurrent projects
Ability to manage and excel in a fast paced, frequently changing environment.
Knowledgeable of Microsoft office and MS Project tools
Self-starter, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
Knowledgeable in Traditional and Agile methodologies, including Hybrid PM methodologies.
Proven track record of effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of performing tasks in a dynamic environment, many times working under tight delivery schedules
Knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods
Experience in working with business users to establish priorities and manage expectations

PMI Certifications: CAPM, PMP
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Quality Assurance or closely related field
