The Specialist – Talent Acquisition works closely with local and global hiring leaders to determine staffing needs, develop hiring strategies, and lead employer branding initiatives. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience, supporting employee retention, supervising recruiting staff, and participating in career fairs and other talent events.
- Determine staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Source candidates and anticipate future hiring needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment processes, including interviews and screening calls
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Supervise recruiting personnel
- Organize or attend career fairs, assessment centers, and other events
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement
- Meet hiring needs within target turnaround time
- Help candidates succeed within the company

Candidates should have proven end‑to‑end talent acquisition experience, expertise in full‑cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding, as well as strong knowledge of selection methods, social media, and job boards. A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is required, with a master's in HR preferred, and the role is based on‑site in Gurugram with a 40‑hour weekly schedule.
