- Ensure the accuracy and robustness of models through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Streamline Real-time optimization objectives in alignment with corporate objectives and develop programs, processes, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain Real Time Optimization (RTO), Reconciliation, and Economic models using AVEVA's ROMeo application
- Monitor KPIs to improve performance.
- Co-ordinate with EMIT team to resolve the issues related connectivity, server healthiness
- Conduct real-time optimizations for operating facilities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and Monitor Critical operating parameter dashboard using the applications like SeeQ etc.
- Analyze technical requirements, build models, and conduct technical and economic sensitivities to support product enhancements.
- Analyze data from various sources, such as process variables, instrumentation, and control systems, to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Relevant experience in hydrocarbon plant operations is a plus.
- knowledge of refining, petrochemical, and production processes, as well as optimization technologies.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Real Time Optimization or Advanced Process Control within the oil and gas industry, with a strong understanding of refinery processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Chemical/Instrumentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A solid understanding of chemical engineering principles is essential.
- Hands-on experience with commercial RTO software like ROMeo is required.
- Proficiency in implementation of simulations Models (using commercial RTO software i.e., ROMeo, etc), APC will be preferred.
- Familiarity with AVEVA Process Optimization (APO), and other relevant AVEVA tools.
- Proficiency in RTO Model Development, Delivery and Sustainment.
