In this role you will handle a high volume of inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule appointments, aiming for high conversion rates. You will quickly identify client requests, provide effective solutions, and de‑escalate concerns while using critical‑thinking skills. Maintaining an up‑to‑date knowledge of our product and service portfolio and accurately documenting interactions are essential. You must meet productivity standards, adhere to call scripts, and minimize hold times while multitasking.
We prefer candidates with 2–3 years of call‑center experience, and HVAC or plumbing background is a plus. Strong communication skills are required, including a typing speed of at least 45 wpm. The ideal candidate is dedicated to superior client service, can manage multiple priorities, and exercises sound judgment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ServiceTitan are also valued.
