- Learn and evaluate existing compute, storage, network, and voice systems; identify areas for improvement based current and emerging technologies, and contribute to configuring / deploying new solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure that support, solution, and project actions or issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Monitor and analyze system and network performance, identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement; implement necessary measures to optimize system efficiency and reliability
- Customer Focus – Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Provide technical support to customers and end-users, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues
- Research and test new hardware and software solutions to advance, for example, enterprise collaboration initiatives, end user device management and configuration, and system image / patch management

- Background in Microsoft SharePoint and Copilot a plus.
- Experience with Copilot or other AI tools including Agents.

- Currently enrolled at an accredited college/university degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related program.
