Tasks

-Manage departmental and project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and accurate forecasting -Continuously evaluate and optimize internal business practices to improve productivity and quality -Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align departmental goals with organizational strategy -Drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to optimize business practices and expand market presence -Oversee construction preplanning activities, including BIM, VDC, and Revizto workflows, ensuring standardization of processes, tools, and consistency and efficiency in deliverables -Lead strategic initiatives that enhance preplanning and execution -Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and industry representative

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of BIM, VDC, and project planning technologies -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills -Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives -Minimum 10 years of previous experience in construction, or a related industry -Sophisticated knowledge of construction preplanning -P.Eng., PMP Certification, Gold Seal in Project Management, Project Management Certificate, or equivalent education is ideal -Deep understanding of construction industry trends, technologies, and best practices -Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
