Are you a college student interested in working as an intern or co-op for a multi-dimensional engineering, architecture, and planning firm? Ms consultants is looking for a Right-of-Way Intern to provide assistance with Right-of-Way tasks for our office in Columbus, Ohio.
We are looking for an individual who is currently pursuing a Real Estate or Business Administration degree, enrolled in core classes, and is looking to explore a career in right of way acquisitions.
- Candidates must be an undergraduate student currently in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or other related field.
- Ability to complete field visits for title research and acquisition offers with an Acquisition Agent or Project Manager
- Detail-oriented personality with strong technical skills.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Use of adobe PDF, Excel, Word, and GIS sites.
