Senior Planner

Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planner to join the New Women and Babies Hospital project team in Perth! In this role, you will effectively team provide technical expertise regarding planning and analysis of project schedule information to manage and maintain the Project Execution Schedule.

• ensure alignment to clough contractual, reporting and control requirements
• set-up tracking & monitoring metrics to control,
• Responsible for incorporating progress updates into the working schedule utilising the agreed progress type: Time Related Quantity Based Incremental Milestone Based Assessment Based
• Dependent on the project size, able to supervise or support the project set-up phase define the WBS/ABS work with cost to align the budgeted unit hrs / quantities from the estimate at cost plus set-up tracking & monitoring metrics to control, analyse and report project status, man-hours & progress; ensure alignment to clough contractual, reporting and control requirements

• Drive integrated project controls model through intelligent coding between Primavera, Envision and Prism and educating the planners in their role with Envision on Quantities/Progress/Forecast Dates and Prism & Power BI on SCurves and Progress Reporting.

• Supervise and monitor schedule structure parameters for submissions by ensuring conformance with both Client and Clough internal guidelines.

Requirements

• Dependent on the project size and scope execution, able to manage schedule across all facets of engineering, procurement, subcontracts, fabrication, construction, pre-commissioning and closeout.
• Previous multi discipline project planning experience in a Senior role
• Experienced User of Primavera P6 and Advanced skills in the MS office suite of applications and data management
• Understands how to apply physical progress and earned value measurement
• Experience within project execution environment with multi discipline exposure
• Demonstrates leadership in supporting the incident injury free work environment with visible compliance and participation.
• Experience within vertical building industry is essential
