Maintain and execute quarterly preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical asset.

Vendor Management: Fosters and maintains strong vendor relationships to ensure that Make Ready apartments are completed on schedule.
Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily work of the maintenance team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
Manage capital improvement projects, including obtaining bids, scheduling, and overseeing successful project execution.
Leadership: Brings technical expertise and problem-solving to the forefront while mentoring and guiding others.
Personally inspect vacant units to confirm cleanliness, functionality, and presentation prior to move-in.
