Physical demands involve frequent walking, climbing stairs, and lifting objects ranging from light to up to 150 lb, with a rotating on‑call schedule and the need for reliable transportation.

Compensation includes an hourly rate of $28‑$30, medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and discounted rent at any ResProp property.
