Will also be responsible for quality control reviews of projects from other teams on an as needed basis.
Assign project tasks and provide technical guidance to junior team members on moderate to highly complex projects.
Works independently and may direct, mentor, train, and/or supervise efforts of less-experienced EIT's and/or Designers.
May assist with developing technical papers and/or presentations that showcase HDR's technical capabilities at industry conferences or other events.
Work with senior engineers and technical leaders to identify and develop specific technical expertise and will attend training and seminars focused on further development and understanding of complex concepts related to their discipline.
Perform QC reviews for work performed by junior and mid-level engineers and/or designers.

Computer skills in Microsoft Office as well as standard Power Market Sector design software. (examples include PLS CAD, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, AutoPipe, and Revit)
Experience using standard industry design software required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Schematic and wiring designs
5+ years of substation design experience.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Previous experience in project execution within the Power Market Sector.
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred.
Previous consulting firm experience desired.
