Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates. Then, maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met. Also, liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, etc.).
Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate team member, and conduct investigations and research as needed.
Respond to internal and external HR related questions or requests and assist, including but not limited to policy, benefits, and/or payroll questions.
Assist supervisors in performance management procedures, including discipline and evaluation processes.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity, assist in ad-hoc HR projects
Assist in background checks, issuing offer letters, etc. Participates in employee engagement efforts. Schedule meetings, interviews, and coordinate training sessions and seminars. Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires.

Experience with HR databases, ATS, and HRIS systems
Proven experience as an HR Representative or relevant human resources/administrative position (3 years preferred)
In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle data with confidentiality
Strong ability in using MS Office
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
