Support the design of simulators, including requirements review, design generation, design reviews, and release.
Apply strong technical skills to support the integration of the hardware and software phase of a simulator and SLMD during the validation phase to ensure compliance with requirements.
As part of deploying and troubleshooting production test equipment, responsible for communicating with stakeholders the status and gating activities for planning and executing hardware delivery schedules.
Develop both hardware and software test solutions to be used in a manufacturing environment based on a Test Specification in a timely manner to meet production schedules.
Responsible for maintaining legacy test systems, including simulators, and developing cost-effective new test solutions for legacy hardware where the legacy test system has exceeded its useful life, to support customer repairs and ongoing spare equipment orders.

Scripting knowledge using Python and Visual Basic.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic hardware and system design in the rail, transportation, or similar safety-critical industries.
Master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering
Must have a thorough working knowledge and experience using LabView and TestStand software and be familiar with NI equipment.
Professional Engineering designation desirable.
Mandatory English language fluency.
