The Role

Overview

Drive sales, manage accounts, and build client relationships for elevator services.

Tasks

-Prepare and deliver presentations for prospective customers -Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports -Attend out of town sales meetings and/or regional trainings -Negotiate prices and other job proposal terms -Personally investigate complaints from customers -When necessary, contact customers for collection purposes and identify alternative options for payment -Contact existing or prospective customers to maintain and increase customer base -Visit job sites to check the status of current job or to determine scope of prospective job -Prepare booking packages -Review and complete appropriate paperwork after job has been completed -Responsible for meeting monthly sales quotas by proactively seeking contracts, preparing job proposals with cost estimates, managing accounts and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory -Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve defined sales targets -Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment -Technical or mechanical aptitude is considered an asset -Proven ability to manage conflict and work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment -Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills with a strong ability to identify and respond to customer needs -Project management experience or the ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage client expectations is highly desirable -Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
