- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Conduct project site visits
- Receive and distribute all plan releases for low-voltage design
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
- Prepare drawings to be sent to Life safety consultant and building consultant
- File WA weekly call meeting notes for all projects
- Track the progress contracts to assist the project manager in requesting and processing contracts
- Receive and distribute Design Deliverables released to LMC
- Assist in producing meeting agendas and maintaining meeting minutes, when necessary
- Participate in Architect team weekly design calls for assigned projects
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Upload Design Deliverables into BlueBeam and set up Studio sessions for review
- Prepare BlueBeam Studio session releases to go back to AOE for the Design Manager

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
