Description

The Assistant Manager coordinates design‑related work streams with the Lead Design Consultant, ensures deliverables align with milestones and design intent, and manages RFIs between design teams, consultants, and contractors to prevent delays. They act as a liaison, facilitate resolution of design issues during construction, oversee preparation and submission of design documentation, and enforce quality‑assurance processes.

Requirements

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related discipline, PMP certification, and 8‑10 years of experience on large‑scale infrastructure or sports venue projects.

Key competencies include strong understanding of project management principles, excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, proficiency with project management tools, collaborative teamwork, and willingness to travel for site work.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, or related field; PMP certification required; LEED GA/AP preferred.
• Possess 8‑10 years experience on large‑scale infrastructure or sports venue projects.
• Demonstrate strong project management knowledge, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and willing to travel for site visits.
