- Client & Stakeholder Engagement. Working closely with key stakeholders and clients to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations
- Collaboration: Work closely with other disciplines to deliver work and bring clients ideas to life to successfully deliver projects.
- Innovation. Take a leading role in the implementation of new design solutions, technology and new application of existing systems
- Technical. Lead and guide a team in preparation of engineering designs, specifications calculations and reports.
- Digital Engineering. Promoting the use of and delivering of digital engineering solutions

- Tertiary qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Ability to take on complex challenges autonomously and to provide solutions to these complex challenges through research
- A focus on client service excellence, particularly in Defence & Health is desirable and not essential.
- Demonstrated experience in the design and documentation of new building structures, as well as modification of existing building structures to Australian Codes
- +8 years’ experience in industry preferable
