Manage contract administration, compliance, title searches, and agent support.

Tasks
-Prioritise and process new listings (form 6) and contracts of sale with a focus on compliance; -Work with specific office locations as their key point of contact offering end to end contract administration services; -Provide best practice guidance to our Agents when required; -Communicate with solicitors on behalf of Place and our Agents seeking support and guidance from the team leader where required; -Actively contribute to team projects and goals. -Conduct title searches and company searches to facilitate smooth transactions;

What You Bring
-Conveyancing experience/knowledge would be highly advantageous. -Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisation skills; -An ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider collaborative team. -Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence overcoming challenges over the phone; -Exceptional computer skills in Microsoft O365 and database operation;
