Desired: Associate Member of IEMA
Strong report writing, verbal and presentation skills with proven experience in reviewing the work of others to ensure quality
A good working knowledge of EIA practices and procedures and a solid understanding of environmental and sustainability principles
Desired: Experience in the delivery of SEA and/ or Integrated Impact Assessment (IIA) projects, Knowledge and application experience of sustainability, waste or carbon assessments
Experience in consulting and negotiating with planning authorities, regulators, and stakeholders
Experienced across a range of project types, ideally within the energy, residential/mixed use/ regeneration sector, as well as in other major infrastructure projects including rail/ highways
Experience in multi-disciplinary co-ordination of projects, with good project management and technical skills, demonstrated professionalism in the creation and delivery of reports and presentations
Practical working knowledge of the UK planning system and consenting process
Developing outstanding reports - an ability to summarise and explain outcomes to non-technical audiences will be critical for this
