We’re partnering with a well-established developer builder to appoint an experienced Site Manager with strong Class 2 residential experience on projects $50M+.

This role suits someone who has led large-scale apartment builds and is confident managing structure through to handover in complex metro environments.

Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential projects above $50M
Background with a developer builder or Tier 1 / Tier 2 head contractor
Strong reputation and stable project flow
Confident running teams on major residential builds with minimal oversight
Strong leadership on site — program, safety, quality and subcontractor management
