Directly supervise and manage inspection and testing personnel.
Develop and implement a successful quality program based upon contract requirements and company quality standards.
Develop positive and trustworthy relationships with the client.
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Personally meet deadlines and contribute in a positive, safe, professional and high-quality project
Ensure that all non-conformance work is properly reported, tracked and documented.
Assist with the development of root cause analysis.
Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting and solutions for quality issues.
Research, read and interpret construction plans, standards and specifications.
Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping is performed, validated and easily retrievable through audits.
Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors.
Promote and enforce quality processes with the goal of performing work right the first time.
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.

Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.

Strong public speaking and technical writing skills. Must be able to communicate to large groups craft personnel as well as management and client teams
Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments
Exceptional math, computer, verbal and written communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Self-starter with organizational, managerial, and leadership skills. Must be able to manage teams up to 20 personnel, have effective organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
At least 5+ experience developing and implementing construction quality management programs in the Construction or Oil/Gas industries
