Construction Manager

Description

• Prepare progress reports, cost tracking, and risk assessments for senior management.
• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for airport terminals, runways, and associated infrastructure.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve any issues promptly.
• Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards and company policies.
• Manage labor, equipment, and material resources efficiently to optimize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain quality control.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and implement detailed construction schedules aligned with project milestones.
• Provide accurate updates on project status and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee large-scale aviation infrastructure projects within the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with main contractors on complex airport developments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while adhering to international standards and local regulations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with mega projects and Vision 2030 initiatives in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Construction Manager role in the aviation sector.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Proven experience working with main contractors on large-scale airport or aviation projects.
