- Handle broker and customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth progress from application to drawdown
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with AML and regulatory requirements
- Support the wider mortgage team with daily operational and administrative tasks
- Process and review mortgage applications from brokers and customers
