As an EHS Manager, you will work with a Top 10 Global Tech company’s existing team of environmental, health and safety professionals to create and foster a strong culture of safety and ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. This role involves leading the development and execution of EHS programs, policies, and assessments across operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing EHS in complex, high-hazard environments, preferably within the tech, semiconductor, or advanced chemical manufacturing sectors and possess the ability to drive organizational change and secure stakeholder alignment in support of safety initiatives.
- Sedentary to light work (typical office or administrative work)
- 5–7 years of EHS experience in a semiconductor, chemical manufacturing, or laboratory environment
- May be required to wear an air-purifying respirator
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing safety in global, multi-site operations is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and/or environmental policy and regulatory compliance requirements (OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and applicable local/state agencies).
- Medium to heavy work
- Ability to develop and implement global initiatives.
- Operation of motor vehicle
- Subject to outside environmental conditions: heat/cold, wind, wet and/or humid, etc.
- Ability to support regional travel to nearby facilities as needed.
- Repetitive motions: substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (including reaching)
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, high-risk industrial operations, or laboratory spaces. Semiconductor manufacturing experience is strongly preferred; however, candidates with a background in chemical manufacturing or laboratory environments with chemical hazards, hazardous production material (HPM) gases and industrial hygiene will be considered.
- Occasional stooping (bending body downward and forward), kneeling (bending legs at the knee), crouching (bending body downward and forward), and climbing
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Subject to inside environmental conditions (protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change)
- Frequent lifting (including push/pull, hold/carry) of light, moderate, and possibly heavy-weight objects
- Must have a strong desire to talk with, influence, and directly interface with both clients and stakeholders. Additionally, must be able to take direction and coaching from both clients and team members.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of low (under 25lbs) to moderate (25-49lbs) weight objects
- Able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in EHS management systems, auditing processes, and performance tracking tools.
- Potential employees must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check, pre-employment drug screening (as permitted by law), and baseline physical (safety sensitive roles). They must also have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000. Compensation will vary depending on the applicant’s job-related knowledge and skills, education, and work experience.
