Summary: Deliver regional sales budget in line with business sales plan by engaging transactional customers and specifications influencers. This position will ideally be based in New Jersey or New York and will service New Jersey, New York City Metro, and Long Island, NY.
- Follow Compliance requirements per “KNA-SOP-1705 Compliance Roles and Responsibilities.”
- Track and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the Salesforce CRM system.
- Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance.
- Creating, planning, and implementing a territory strategy for the organization in line with Commercial Industrial sector goals and aligning with Kingspan Insulated Panels Group plan.
- Providing expertise to the company by building, developing, and managing internal relationships to assist in carrying out company strategies and tactics.
- Conduct professional seminars and AIA presentations to influencers including Architect, General Contractor, and Owner Clients.
- Tracking, managing, and communicating sales forecasts and results.
- Managing day-to-day external sales activities including cold calling, qualifying key opportunities, and winning business within a defined sales territory.
- Maintaining key customer relationships while developing and implementing strategies for expanding the company's customer base.
- Know and understand customer business needs in order to present Kingspan as an effective partner.
- Managing day-to-day territory sales processes including estimate preparation, blueprint reading, and lead management.
- Developing effective relationships with key customers and multiple channels of sales.
- Assessing market potential and identifying new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed all measurable sales objectives and quotas as defined in the KPIs.
- Attend local and or regional trade shows representing Kingspan within the industry
- Leveraging customer insights to identify business opportunities and strategies.

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager- Dual Book (IRW/Benchmark) for our New Jersey, Metro NYC and Long Island Territories!
- Be familiar with, and understand, New Jersey and New York City building codes as it pertains to building facades.
- Strong organizational skills with aggressive follow-through and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Salesforce experience is required.
- Candidates must have a proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies, forecasts, managing sales funnels, and achieving sales results.
- Must be able to travel as required by the specific region to meet/exceed objectives and grow the market.
- Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related degree.
- Must reside in New Jersey, New York City Metro, or Long Island
- Experience with insulated metal panels, building envelope construction, insulation, and/or exterior metal cladding products as a plus.
- A driving record that meets the eligibility criteria of Kingspan’s car insurance carrier.
- A minimum of 5 years of successful sales, preferably in building/construction materials.
- Exhibit solid business acumen including the ability to interpret and analyze. blueprints, estimate preparation, presentation, and proposal.
- Must articulate a full understanding of the construction and specification process.
- Must be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook and proper utilization and organization of files/folders on a network.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
