Stay informed on industry trends, products, competitors, and market conditions.
Conduct site visits and HVAC system evaluations to understand client needs.
Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, contractors, and engineering firms.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
Collaborate with internal engineering, estimating, and service teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field prospecting.
Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotes, and presentations.

Must be extremely detailed oriented and self-motivated
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
Thrives in a fast paced, multi-task environment
Proven outside sales experience in the commercial HVAC industry (3+ years preferred).
Solid interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and design applications.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a commission-based environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Successful negotiator
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
