Experience in leading proposals and business pursuits and marketing of environmental consulting services.
Existing client relationships and ability to build relationships with a wide variety of people.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in environmental studies, environmental science, environmental engineering, public planning, or a related field.
15 or more years of experience is preferred. (Candidates with less experience but otherwise excellent credentials will also be considered.)
Strong attention to detail, including strong spelling, proofreading, and organizational skills.
Master’s (or equivalent) in environmental studies, environmental science, geography, natural science, environmental engineering, public planning, business, or related field.
Extensive work experience and client relationships within Southern California.
Excellent writing, verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Candidate should have a strong understanding of San Diego and broader Southern California region and relationship(s) with agencies or key clients is required.
