Achieve or exceed bookings (50%)
Experience with unionized construction services business, with plant turnaround planning a plus.
A qualified candidate should have a mechanical aptitude and direct sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal oriented
Expert knowledge of our product lines
