The Room Attendant Extra maintains clean and attractive guestrooms while delivering courteous and efficient service to all guests. They ensure that rooms meet high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Clean guestrooms thoroughly according to standards.
- Prepare housekeeping carts with supplies, cleaning items, and linen before cleaning.
- Remove trash and dirty linen from rooms and hallways.
- Keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean, neat, and vacuumed.
- Restock the housekeeping cart for the next day’s use.
- Replenish chemical bottles.
- Report missing room items (e.g., irons, hair dryers) to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
- Notify the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager of any maintenance repairs immediately.
- Process lost‑and‑found items according to standards.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

- High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or related experience preferred.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lb occasionally and 20 lb frequently or continuously.

- Strong verbal and written communication with employees and guests in a courteous, service‑oriented manner.
