Health & Safety Advisor

Description

• Assist with third party audits
• Engage with the Operational team in developing, review and maintaining task based risk assessments
• Facilitate periodic reviews of the site risk register
• Deliver defined Health and Safety related training and other Health and Safety communications
• Manage our risk management software for the allocated sites
• Conduct inspections and audits in accordance with the internal audit schedule
• Monitor the compliance of operations against company objects and targets, along with client and legislative requirements

Requirements

• Formal qualification or working to complete formal qualifications in Health and Safety or industry experience in a similar position
• Stakeholder management skills
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Working knowledge and understanding of relevant Health and Safety legislation including Chain of Responsibility
