The position requires an associate’s degree in education, training, wind turbine, or solar technology, with Solar and/or BESS certification strongly preferred and OSHA 500/501 trainer course a plus. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in the solar, BESS, or similar industry and a proven track record delivering formal training programs for adult learners in safety or technical disciplines. Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills are essential, as is high‑level knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems, safety procedures, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS tools. The role also demands physical capability to lift up to 50 lb, work at heights, and operate safely in extreme weather and confined spaces.
