Tasks
-Be a part of the local community by building genuine connections with local families and networks -Work with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract our next generation of Educator superheroes. -Create memorable experiences by greeting every family with warmth and delivering high-quality tours and orientations -Inspire your team to achieve best practice through active collaboration with our National Learning, Research and Development Partner (NLRDP) and the Centres Educational Leader -Champion quality education & care by overseeing classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation with the support of our NLRDP Partners and your Operations Support Manager -Use your masterful knowledge of sector regulations, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework, to navigate what is required each day -Run smooth and efficient day-to-day operations while putting the children and team at the heart of everything we do -Work alongside our National Learning, Research and Development Partners to provide support and guidance to your teams across all things Pedagogy including areas like Inclusion Support, Wellbeing and Sustainability

What You Bring
-Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain upon commencement) -Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain) -An ACECQA-approved Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education -Additional Child Protection Training -Extraordinary leadership abilities with proven experience engaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators -Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS. -Hands-on experience running a large Centre over 100 places, managing effective rostering and wage control, and guiding a sizable team's performance -Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement) -A current State relevant Working with Children’s Check, Police Check + PRODA (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
