Candidates must have at least ten years of civil engineering experience in utility water projects, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and an Oklahoma Professional Engineer license. Excellent communication, leadership, and technical problem-solving skills, along with the capacity to manage and mentor staff profitably, are required.
