Write engineering documents including but not limited to test plans, procedures, and reports.
Provide hands-on test leadership for new product development programs
Support technicians in test execution and test equipment development.
Coordinate testing with outside test labs.
Develop test equipment requirements from customer and product requirements.
Manage the design, build, and verification of test equipment through external suppliers.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or other Engineering field from an accredited institution
