Lead facility maintenance and EHS projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to EHS Standards.
Ensure all facilities maintenance activities comply with OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
Supports maintenance in completing tasks and projects
Contractor Management – oversight of contractor EHS training
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Annual support on services (fire protection devices, cranes, emergency lighting)
Training – supporting EHS training needs for maintenance roles
Observes safety and security procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses equipment and materials properly.
Performs scheduled and unscheduled facilities repairs and maintenance’
Operates a variety of lift equipment, power tools, hand tools, measuring tools and other maintenance equipment.
Communicate effectively with management regarding maintenance status, challenges, and recommendations.
Monthly equipment inspections (fire, fall protection, lifting equipment etc.)
Supports EHS leadership in completing tasks and projects
Coordinates timely facilities repairs with outside vendors, including contacting contract service providers and ordering parts as needed.
Work closely with other departments to address facility needs and improve safety and operational efficiency.

Proficient knowledge of facilities operations such as plumbing, HVAC, roofing systems, lighting systems, minor electrical and low voltage and compressed air.
Familiarity with OSHA/EPA regulations and safety standards.
Experience operations or maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical certification or degree in facilities management, HVAC, or related field preferred.
Prior experience using hand tools and power tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
